Three Divas Inc recognizes the importance of your
fundraising efforts to your agency’s ability to serve your clients and the
community. We therefore prefer to sit
down with you and discuss the scope and logistics of your proposed event. If you require our Standard Services, we suggest four weeks
prior notice to best accommodate your needs.
If Procurement Services are needed as well, please
allow several months in order to insure the best in available auction
items. We want to provide you with the
most profitable event possible.
Our work is not without a fee. Please know, however, that we charge
considerably less than other silent auction companies and event planners. For standard service events, there is only a
flat rate. If you require our procurement services as well, our fee is
typically split into two payments:
§
a
flat rate deposit to secure our services that is payable upon the signing of
the service agreement
§
a
percentage of the gross profits which demonstrates our commitment to providing
you with a most successful event
